The Role:
This role is responsible for efficiently implementing EHS programs ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS standards within Tokyo area.
This role will collaborate closely with the Japan EHS team manufacturing plant EHS representatives and supervisors to proactively identify prevent and address potential environmental health and safety issues.
This position is located atTokyo.

In this role you will:
Maintain compliance with national and local environmental health and safety regulations.
Lead the implementationofEntegris Corporate EHS requirementssuch as EHS Inspection GEMBA Walk Committee Meeting
Provide EHS guidance and compliance support toTokyo site leadersto ensure compliance with regulatory & Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
Organize employee EHS trainingassist inEHS audits and maintain EHS records.
Assist in the Japan EHS documents control and some translation of English documents

事故事故調査を実施し是正および予防措置計画を策定します
従業員のEHS研修を企画しEHS監査を支援しEHS記録を管理します
日本のEHS文書管理および英語文書の翻訳支援
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Appropriate country EHS qualification/certifications forchemical handling and waste management
BachelorDegree in Safety Environmental Electrical Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline
2 years experienceon managing EHS compliance and/or programs
Compliance experience with EHS regulations ISO14001 & 45001
Ability to earn trust maintain positive and professional relationships
Knowledge of JSA LOTO area classificationetc
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office;
Basicwritten and verbal communication skills in English.

JSALOTO地域分類などの知識
MS Officeを含む基本的なコンピュータ知識
英語での基本的な書き言葉および口頭コミュニケーション能力
