Purpose of the role
- BSIジャパンが提供する研修コースを顧客に提案受注し個人の受注予算及び教育事業部の年度の受注及び売上予算の達成を目指す
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- 個人の毎月の受注予算を常に意識しそれを達成するための営業活動を計画し実施する
- 教育事業部の受注及び売上予算を常に意識しそれらを達成するための営業活動を計画し実施する
- 予定された集合研修が予定通り実施することができるように集客活動を行う
- お客様の組織の課題を解決するための研修ソリューションを提案し受注をする
- 上記の研修ソリューションを提案するために教育事業部メンバー講師BSIグループの各国の担当者とコミュニケーションを取る
- 受講者お客様の意見や要望を常に意識し分析することで自らの営業活動の改善に努める

- 教育事業部の年間受注及び売上予算の達成
- 受講者の研修サービスに対しての満足度
Knowledge and Experience
- 大学卒業又は同等の学歴
- 社会人経験3年以上

Skills and Abilities
- 業務システム等の十分なITスキル
- 顧客対応経験及び価値ある提案の提供に関して理解集中する能力

- 英語
