• This roleisresponsible forimplementing and continuously improving EHSsystems andprogramsatJapan-Yonezawaplantto achieve full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.

• This individual will function as part of site management team to work collaboratively withall departmentmanagertoidentify prevent and resolve potential EHS issues.

In this role you will:

• Maintain compliance with national and local environmental health and safety regulations.

• Lead the implementation and validation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements

• Provide EHS guidance and compliance support tositemanagement team to ensure compliance with regulatory & Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.

• Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.

• Drive improvements in organizational EHS culture awareness and accountability.

• Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.

• Organize site employee EHS training lead EHS audits and maintain EHS records.

• この役割はアジアEHSディレクターに直属しその下に2人の直属の部下がいます

• Appropriate country EHS qualification/certificationsfor high pressure gas PDSCLetc

• Bachelor/MasterDegree in Safety Environmental Electrical Mechanicalor Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline

• 7 years experienceon managing EHS compliance and/or programs in multinational companies

• Compliance experience with EHS regulationsISO14001 & 45001 RBA customer auditetc

• Proven project and program management skills

• Ability to earn trustmaintainpositive and professional relationships

• Knowledge ofPHA(FMEAHazop what-if)RCAJSA LOTO area classificationetc

• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office;

• Goodwritten and verbal communication skills in English.

• PHA(FMEAHazopwhat-if)RCAJSALOTOエリア分類などの知識

• MSオフィスを含む基本的なコンピュータ知識

• 英語での優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
