Job Summary

Are you ready to dive into the world of global transparency As a Sr. Compliance Specialistyoullbe at the heart of AstraZenecas Global Payment Transparency (GPT) team ensuring our external disclosure obligations are met acrossLATAM and other emerging markets. This role is part of the Global Assurance and Reporting Services within the Global Business Shared Services organization aligned to Finance.Youllthrive in a dynamic matrixed environment processing high-quality payment data from both internal systems and external suppliers to createaccuratedisclosure reports. Accountabilities:

- Conduct data stewardship analysis and reconciliation processes to ensureaccurateandtimelyreporting.

- Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues and complete data processing.

- Adhere to Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards for data quality reviews.

- Understand reporting requirements for various countries to ensure compliance.

- Gain knowledge of AstraZenecas internal systems foridentifyingreportable transactions.

- Contribute to projects and assignments including onboarding new disclosure requirements.

- Support audits and data requests related to payment transparency.

- Promote a culture of ethics integrity and compliance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelors degree (Accounting Finance Business Administration or relevant field)

- Experience in finance auditing quality assurance/control SOX data management/stewardshipand/or risk management

- Ability to interpret and use data effectively understand business context and generate improvement actions

- Strong ethical collaborative and influencing skills

- Experience working withlarge amountsof data with attention to detail.

-Intermediate-advanced Excel

- Excellent computer skills including data and reporting software programs

- Fluent command of English

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Experience in or with the biopharmaceutical industry or a consulting firm working with pharmaceutical clients

- Knowledge of data reporting & analytics tools (e.g.Power BI Tableau Qlik View/Sense etc.)

- Working knowledge of / experience with payment transparency requirements.

- Global / cross-cultural experience

-Portuguese language - fluent
