Today we operate the worlds largest bare rental fleet of rough terrain and lattice crawler cranes with 1700 machines working across the United States and 2000 by the end of 2026.

Job Overview
Bigges marketing team is small by design. Everyone on it has real ownership real visibility and direct access to company leadership. You will not be managed by a committee or lost inside a department. You will know exactly what you are working on and why it matters.
We are also in the middle of a deliberate transformation. AI is changing what great marketing looks like and how fast it can move. Bigge is already on the frontier of that shift within our industry and we are building a team that stays there. This is a chance to grow inside that effort from the beginning.
You do not need to have done every part of this job before. We need you to be genuinely strong in a few areas and honest and hungry about the rest. What we cannot teach is passion. If you are excited about heavy construction about the scale of what gets built in this country and about using modern tools to tell that story well that is the foundation we are looking for.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with our social seller to develop and execute content that drives engagement
- Design graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop Figma or comparable tools
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve content quality speed and creativity
- Continuously research emerging AI tools and stay current on what is newest and most effective in AI-assisted marketing bringing relevant findings back to the team
- Drive social content that supports recruiting and employer branding helping Bigge attract top talent the same way we attract customers
- Get into the field on active job sites to photograph and capture footage of world-class equipment doing work that most people never get to see up close
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in at least a few of the following: video editing for social media graphic design photography AI content tools AI image generation short-form storytelling
- Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification fully covered by Bigge
- Genuine enthusiasm to develop the skills you do not yet have
- Passion for heavy construction cranes or the industrial world
- Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing and a drive to apply it practically
- Nice to have: Figma drone operation MCP integrations personal brand building
- Comfort getting out of the office and into the field
- 0 to 2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
