Join us as a Proto Warehouse Activity Coordination.Step into a dynamic role at the heart of our prototype operations! As a Prototype Warehouse Activity Coordinator youll ensure that materials components and finished prototype parts flow seamlessly through the supply chain. If you thrive in a handson environment love precision and enjoy making things move smoothly this is the role for you.
What Youll Do:
Master the Material Flow
- Oversee goods receipt for direct and indirect materials in our prototype warehouse using SAP & Coupa.
- Verify packaging quantities and quality vs. supplier invoices and prepare all needed documentation.
Support OnTime Prototype Deliveries
- Coordinate the shipment of prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to delivery plans and packaging rules.
- Perform full documentation checks (packing lists delivery notes invoices etc.) and manage SAP transactions.
Production Support
- Prepare component kits aligned with the daily production schedule.
- Release components upon request and support the smooth execution of prototype builds.
Inventory Accuracy Champion
- Run cycle counts in the warehouse and correct stock discrepancies in SAP.
- Perform daily inventory checks following the planning teams requirements.
- Participate in annual inventory activities with the Proto Planning Manager.
Consumables & Packaging Management
- Manage orders for pallets boxes foil and other consumablestracking delivery and ensuring availability per planning forecasts (incl. SAP/Coupa updates).
Logistics Interfaces & Coordination
- Act as daily interface with DHLtrack shipments validate arrivals handle urgent AWBs and archive documentation.
- Collaborate with the Trade Compliance teamprepare documents support import/export reporting manage customs declarations.
- Coordinate with Yusen (logistics provider) on transfers of components consumables lost parcels and work equipment needs.
What We Need:
- Experience:5 years experience in Warehousing activities Inventories & Stock Management
- Education:Highschool degree
- Knowledge: Warehousing activities Inventories & Stock Management
- Language Skills: English
- Tool: SAP Microsoft Office
