Are you ready to be the strategic link between our customers suppliers and internal prototype operations Step into a role where your coordination planning mindset and customer focus directly shape the success of our prototype deliveries.
As our Prototype Planner youll own the endtoend logistics and planning processes that keep our innovation pipeline running smoothly. If you love a mix of structure relationship management and fastpaced problem-solving this role is for you.
What Youll Do:
Design & optimize logistics processes: Define implement and continuously improve internal planning supply and delivery flows.
Be the customers go-to partner: Maintain close communication with customers understand their evolving needs and translate changes into actionable plans.
Act as the central hub: Ensure seamless communication between customers suppliers and the Proto Operations Manager.
Forecast like a pro: Manage short- and medium-term customer demand forecasts and ensure plans are aligned.
Secure materials & delivery performance: Guarantee on-time availability of direct/indirect materials and adhere to daily/weekly delivery commitments.
Support prototype scheduling: Participate in daily prototype production planning and help set priorities.
Control key costs: Monitor and optimize special transport expenses and scrap related to prototype processes.
Drive customer satisfaction: Track annual VOC feedback lead improvement actions and ensure initiatives are implemented.
Own the documentation: Approve and maintain quality system documents related to logistics and planning.
What We Need:
- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain
- Education:Bachelors Degree: economic / technical studies.
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency
- Tool: SAP Microsoft Office
