- Responsible for scrap handling in the Cutting Calandering Area;
- Monitors reports and prepare the budget for scrap;
- Defines actions for short /mid/ long term regarding the scrap handling for the shifts. Deployment of the objectives to the team and aim for their accomplishment;
- Defines procedures and assures that standards are applied;
- Coaches and develops the team in terms of knowledge abilities and behaviors required;
- Develops the team in accordance with the strategic direction of the Cutting Calandering area;
- Initiates coordinates and takes part as team member in projects;
- Initiates and coordinates SPS activities;
- Ensure that cleaning plan and the layout is respected;
- Provides timely and consistent feedback.
Qualifications :
- Three years experience in a similar role in manufacturing;
- Technical university;
- Project management experience is a plus;
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of quality procedures and systems;
- Knowing and understanding the tire manufacturing process represents a plus;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Microsoft Office.
- Focused on data analysis.
