Job Summary

Status: Full Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary: Evolv Administrator provides system administration and endâuser support for the Evolv EHR and Bells AI platforms serving as the primary functional subject matter expert. This role supports system implementations configure forms and workflows and acts as a technical liaison between field users and IT to ensure stable effective system operation

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree is generally preferred or commensurate experience in IT related position
Microsoft Certification
Minimum of 3 years working with or supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system including end-user support and basic system administration.
Customer Support with experience providing assistance to non-technical users including troubleshooting system access data entry and workflow issues.
Database experience with being familiar with data structures reporting or system configuration is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) Speaking is a plus.
