Become a Key Player as a Contracts Administrator
You will administer and negotiate moderately complex contracts to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and drive on-time delivery. You will work with internal stakeholders (procurement engineering quality finance) and act as the primary point of contact with customers. Onsite in North Hollywood CA (first shift).
Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team
- Analyze contract and purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with delivery schedules pricing terms and other provisions.
- Prepare technically and commercially compliant proposal packages and respond to moderately complex RFPs.
- Initiate and coordinate the bid process gathering inputs from cross-functional teams and developing proposal responses.
- Negotiate price terms conditions deliveries and contract amendments within scope and policy.
- Monitor contract financial performance and delivery status; identify out-of-scope changes and recommend amendments.
- Investigate and resolve claims or complaints by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned contracts and participate in customer presentations.
- Support export compliance administration and represent the site/division on export compliance actions.
- Apply lean principles to develop and implement standard work for contract processes.
Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 3 years of contract management or contract administration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret moderately complex contract terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of contract administration principles industry practices regulations and government procurement requirements where applicable.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with standard business applications and specialized in-house or customer systems.

- Participation in professional associations related to contract management (for example NCMA).
Pay Range
$37 - $40/hour
