Join our team at W Prague a prestigious five-star hotel in the heart of Prague. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and are looking for a talented and dedicated breakfast Chef de Partie to help us create unforgettable dishes for our guests. If you have a passion for cooking creativity in the kitchen and a strong eye for detail we would love to meet you.
What Youll Do
- Prepare cook and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of your section in line with our high standards
- Train and support Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members
- Maintain hygiene health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and innovation
- Deliver consistently excellent food quality and presentation
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Relevant culinary education or professional training
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and commitment to following them
