What we look for in aDeputy/Assistant Manager:
We are looking for a motivated Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager with a proven background to join and lead our team in our community event-led pub. We are looking for a Manager that is willing to take on the responsibility of planning executing & marketing our events throughout the year as well as some of your own. After winning the Community Pub of the year 2025 and being aptly located in a suburban family area within walking distance of Richmond Park these events must hit the mark & our target clientele. As the successful Manager you will have a genuine passionfor exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management & will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub andplay a pivotal part intraining our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight ourcustomers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
