Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for the completion of daily cleaning tasks. Will be responsible for performing custodial duties at assigned office location(s) and travel to other sites to provide coverage as needed.

Job Duties

  • Will sweep and mop rooms hallways stairwells kitchens etc.
  • Will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as floors and counters removing smudges and fingerprints.
  • Responsible for emptying trash receptacles ensuring they are clean and the trash can liner is clean and free of holes.
  • Will empty shred bins and keep all customer and business information confidential.
  • Responsible for dusting baseboards furniture and other surfaces.
  • Clean and restock bathrooms and ensure that they are disinfected on a daily basis.
  • Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors daily or as needed when dust dirt or smudges are visible.
  • Will be responsible for moving heavy furniture around to ensure that hard to reach places are properly cleaned.
  • Must manage cleaning and sanitizing supply inventory.
  • Monitor building security and perform after hours lights-out lockdown procedures.
  • Notify manager of facility repair needs.
  • Will support and provide cleaning and maintenance services at assigned office location(s) and travel to other sites to provide coverage as needed.
  • Will complete special projects as assigned.

Education Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED education.
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Trustworthy and confidential behavior required.
  • Punctual dependable good time management skills.
  • Physically able to perform duties lifting equipment moving furniture to clean etc.
  • Team Player.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Travel required.
  • Hours are 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED education.
  • Valid drivers license
  • Travel required.
