Job Summary
Job Overview
The HACS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with successful property management experience to serve as Custodian. The HACS hires quality employees and encourages excellence to ensure the HACS will achieve and maintain high performance standards.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Cleans bathrooms offices hallways and any other assigned areas by sweeping mopping scrubbing and polishing.
- Washes blinds windows and walls with prescribed solutions.
- Sweeps sidewalks and pick up paper off grounds.
- Replaces light bulbs and/ or report safety hazards to supervisor.
- Operate a wet/dry vacuum for cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas.
- Keep inventory of all cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when an order is needed.
- Perform many varied custodial tasks necessary for the upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Maintains equipment; reports need for painting and minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.
- Perform custodial related duties necessary to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions.

Qualifications :
Requirements
- One year of experience in custodian or janitorial services.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
