- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Job Overview
We are looking for a Czech-speaking Content Moderator with strong English skills to join our international team in this role you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Your work will contribute to maintaining a safe respectful and trustworthy online environment for users while supporting one of the leading e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform rules or community standards.
- Make consistent and accurate moderation decisions based on established policies.
- Maintain high levels of quality and productivity while reviewing large volumes of content.
- Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotional periods and busy seasons.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent enforcement of platform policies.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech and good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong moderation and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make rational and fair decisions based on guidelines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high content volumes.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
