Job Overview

We are looking for a Greek-speaking Content Moderator with strong English skills to join our international team in this role you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Your work will help maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for users while supporting one of the leading e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies and guidelines.
Identify and remove content that violates community standards or platform rules.
Make consistent and accurate moderation decisions based on established policies.
Maintain high levels of quality and productivity when reviewing large volumes of content.
Manage peaks in queue volumes during promotional periods and busy seasons.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent enforcement of platform policies.

Requirements

Fluent Greek and good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong moderation and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism.
Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high content volumes.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
