Manager Construction Management
The Manager Construction is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing assigned construction and renovation projects within the healthcare organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals compliance with regulatory standards and delivery on time and within budget. This role manages multiple capital improvement and infrastructure projects working closely with internal stakeholders (clinical administrative and facilities teams) and external vendors (architects contractors consultants) to ensure healthcare facilities meet operational safety and patient care standards.
Education
Bachelors degree (Required)
Degree study programs: Engineering Architecture or relate field required
Experience
3 years of construction management experience (Required)
Previous experience in Healthcare Construction and/or Project Management
Certifcation:
- No required license or certification required for this position
Hybrid position (primary location Sentara Park Virginia Beach VA)
Travel coverage to all 12 hospitals in the Sentara Health system required
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
Ability to work well with a wide range of Stakeholders across many projects
