Job Summary
Job Description
1. Based on business needs establish and continuously optimize warehouse operation processes and document them as standard SOPs; ensure the achievement of operational targets;
2. Optimize operations through warehouse layout process optimization and workforce structure to improve warehouse utilization and operational efficiency achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals;
3. Familiar with on-site warehouse operations strong operational capabilities and supply chain S&OP management capabilities and able to drive planning accuracy;
4. Experience in reverse logistics management and some transportation management experience is preferred.
Job Requirements
1. More than 3 years of warehouse operation experience with relevant warehousing and logistics management experience;
2. Familiar with the use of WMS systems in the industry and proficient in process design;
3. Strong project management skills having independently led projects with a deep understanding and relevant experience in project initiation planning execution monitoring and completion;
4. Strong ability to anticipate warehouse operation risks and a strong sense of responsibility; able to withstand high work pressure; strong coordination and management skills;
5. Strong data analysis and data operation capabilities. Proficient in Chinese.
