Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) SAP Functional Consultant Order Management
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4 Order Management focusing on Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.
- Align SAP S/4 Order Management solution capabilities with FCS organizations strategic and operational goals.
- Analyze and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and solution integrators to ensure SAP configurations meet business needs.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather define and document business requirements functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and configure SAP SD modules including sales order management pricing billing and credit management.
- Manage key project tasks and workstreams such as data migration and system integrations (e.g. with FI/CO Material Management Logistics and Purchasing).
- Develop and execute test plans write test cases and coordinate all testing activities (unit integration user acceptance) to ensure system quality.
- Prepare training materials and provide training and support to end-users; act as point of contact for post-launch troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reports and dashboards for Order-to-Cash performance analytics.
- No direct supervisory responsibilities but may require leadership skills for specific projects.
