Job Title: Process Improvement Business Analyst

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Milan IL 61264
Duration: 18 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM 4:00 PM OT possible)

Job Summary

Mid-level Business Analyst role focused on process improvement warehouse transformation and system implementation supporting Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) and IT modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
Document AS-IS TO-BE process transformations
Support Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) implementations
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations IT and engineering
Conduct gap analysis risk assessment and solution design
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training
Provide production support for warehouse systems and tools
Track project progress risks and dependencies
Support system implementations (PITM Parts IT Modernization)
Prepare reports and business documentation
