The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact
1. You will formulate the master production schedule based on sales orders market demand forecasts and customer delivery requirements track the implementation of the production schedule analyze the causes for any unfulfilled links in the plan and ensure on-time order delivery.
2. You will collaborate with the procurement department to track the progress of material procurement and delivery status in accordance with the production schedule verify material matching and drive the procurement department to promptly resolve material anomalies.
3. You will review production capacity performing capacity analysis and adjusting production schedules to balance loading also collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning.
4. You will manage MRP exception messages daily work with relevant departments to resolve issues maintain planning parameters in Reiwa.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors degree or above. Candidates with experience in production planning logistics procurement and production management in relevant are preferred.
2. Proficient in using production management-related software (e.g. SAP MES systems).
3. Skilled in office software with expertise in Excel (including PivotTables function formulas chart creation etc.) and the ability to conduct efficient data analysis.
4. Strong organization and communication.
5. Proficiency in English communication.
