Key Accountabilities
岗位职责
-主要负责中夜班安全生产质量及设备的管理等工作
-在中夜班期间根据生产计划安排生产进度全面协调车间工作确保生产任务顺利完成对生产作业过程进行监督指导同时进行生产质量控制保证产品质量
-在中夜班期间进行安全巡检检查中夜班期间的全体员工的劳动防护用品的正确穿戴和使用监督工作现场进行的特种作业杜绝安全隐患防止安全事故的发生
-制止和纠正违规指挥强令冒险作业违反操作规程的行为发现重大事故隐患有权采取部分停产或者全部停产措施
-负责协调与其他相关部门的关系及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通解决生产过程发生的突发事件
-当发生未遂事故/事故时遵循事故上报程序保护好现场立即采取有效的措施组织救援
-遵循并支持HSE政策和规则以帮助公司符合法律的相关要求并积极参与各种HSE培训以熟悉新规则遵守救生法则及黄金法则PSMBBS和其他相关的HSE程序参加救生法则和相关HSE程序培训
-下班时确保水电风气等设备关闭做好交接班记录
Experience
任职要求
-大专或本科学历化学相关专业或者从事粉末涂料3年及以上或者有5年中大型制造业从事管理岗位
-具备基本的管理常识和经验ISO9001ISO45001PDCA5W2H精益生产现场改善等
-有较好的沟通能力协调能力和执行力
-能接受倒班工作每天8小时工作制
