Responsibilities
- Supply Planning & Execution
- Manage the supply of interlayer film from manufacturing sites to meet service demands across Asia.
- Create and maintain short- mid-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Translate customer orders forecasts and into feasible production.
- Replenishment & Inventory Management
- Drive replenishment policies to minimize total cost while maintaining target service levels.
- Manage inventory targets for safety stock in-transit stock blocked stock and slow movers.
- Lead initiatives to reduce blocked and obsolete inventory through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Issue Escalation & Communication
- Provide timely and routine communication of supply issues from source plants and distribution centers including recommended mitigation plans.
- Maintain stakeholder updates and escalate critical risks to management with clear impact analysis.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Development
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities (e.g. planning tools SAP optimizations).
- Master Data Management
- Own and maintain accurate master data for SKUs customers plants lead times and inventory parameters in the system.
- Logistic coordination
- Coordinate with internal logistic to ensure timely shipment movements and cost-effective routing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end supply chains in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain methodology and optimization methodology.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Excellent in spoken & written English language skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Self-directed and proactive.
- Highly analytical and mathematical oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Forward looking attitude and bias for action
- APICS CPIM or CIRM certifications are preferred.
