Key Exciting Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests and employees ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience from arrival to departure.

Coordinate essential facility operations by monitoring maintenance requests managing office inventory and overseeing the readiness of collaborative meeting spaces.

Manage complex logistics including incoming and outgoing global mail courier shipments and the technical administration of company mobile devices.

Drive internal culture by assisting in the planning and execution of engaging office events team-building activities and corporate workshops.

Streamline administrative workflows by utilizing AI tools and digital platforms to enhance office productivity and document management.

Essential Skills & Experience

Currently enrolled as a student at a University or Technical College.

Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish and a minimum of B2 level in English.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to assist with administrative tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a highly organized proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points For

Previous experience in hospitality customer service or front-desk administration.
