You Will Be:
- Supervising office and managing office lease strategy;
- Planning administrative budgets and efficient administrative cost management;
- Implementing processes and cost optimizations;
- Managing relationship with landlords vendors and suppliers;
- Managing strategic office and administrative projects;
- Setting up team events and supervising organization of business trips;
- Developing reviewing and improving administrative policies and procedures;
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the Office Team members;
- Hiring training and being responsible for performance management for the Office Team members.
Desired Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Administration - especially in the office management area of expertise;
- Leadership skills;
- Great customer focus and result orientation skills;
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office G-Suite and Asana.
