Primary Purpose:
Oversee all operations for the Gutter & Overhead Door Departments leading teams and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This high-profile leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient processes high-quality installations consistent delivery of value to customers and supporting the companys objectives while maintaining profitability.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Strong management and leadership experience
- Comprehensive experience in gutter and overhead door operations (or related building products)
- Proven success in overseeing operational structure and processes
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks be patient with distractions and manage time effectively
- Willing to be versatile understand and follow directions
- Devoted to growing a knowledge base
- Good attitude dependable and trustworthy
- Self-motivated with stamina and focus to perform outstanding work consistently
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
