NOW HIRING:Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location:Nazareth PA; Bethlehem PA; Easton PA and surrounding areas

Shift:Part-Time Full-Time Weekday Weekend and Evenings All Shifts
Immediate Openings: in Bethlehem! Schedule will vary; must be flexible
Monday through Friday 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Traditional Home Care A locally owned and operated Home Care Agency is seeking reliable experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual developmental disabilities autism mental health behavioral diagnoses etc.

Job duties include:

Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing grooming dressing)
Companionship
Appropriate communication/social skilled
Light housekeeping and chores
Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
Meeting individual goals and outcomes
Promoting community involvement (outings activities errands etc.)

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
