This heavy engineering company isembarking ona large-scale growth & transformation journey with considerable investment from its parent the company continues to grow and evolve it is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join their team at their Ellesmere Port site.
Working on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am 2pm one week and then 2 10pm Monday to Friday you will lead production operations within this specialised manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will oversee shift teams drive safe efficient and highquality output while consistently support the team to achieve performance and production targets.

- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced high-temperature production environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends if required
