About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive detail-oriented leader to own the daily heartbeat of our Berlin office. As the bridge between workplace strategy and execution youll ensure our physical spaces reflect our unique culture and our operations run like clockwork. This is a player-coach role: you will mentor and develop our junior staff while personally driving our employee programs to keep the team engaged.

Beyond tactical vendor and office management you will design the Planeteer experiencereimagining our space as we grow and fostering a deep community through creative programming. Whether its virtual socializing or high-impact in-person events youll be the architect of how we connect collaborate and thrive in a hybrid world.

This is a full-time in-office position based in our Berlin office 5 days per week.

Impact Youll Own:

• Own the daily standards for reception meeting rooms and common areas. You are the final eyes on the look and feel of the office.
• Direct the daily workflow of the Workplace Coordinator and Facilities staff. Youll handle scheduling task allocation andmost importantlyact as a coach to help them grow.
• Act as the first point of contact for service disruptions ensuring quick resolution with minimal impact on the employee experience.
• Partner with the Manager to execute office expansions and reconfigurations. Youll help turn floor plans into functional realities.
• Coordinate internal moves in partnership with People Team and IT keeping floor plans and layouts 100% accurate.
• Create and execute communication plans for office changes ensuring employees feel informed and supported during transitions.
• Lead the ideation and execution of Berlin social events ranging from happy hours and mission launches to company-wide parties.

What You Bring:

• 6 years in Workplace Facilities or Hospitality management with at least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to distill complex sensitive or controversial data into clear actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Fully bilingual in English and German capable of switching seamlessly between both languages in written and spoken contexts - business language at Planet is English.
• You see the small things before anyone else does and take pride in fixing them.
