What will you do

• Handling and processing room reservations via phone and email
• Advising guests on room categories rates and offers
• Active sales of rooms and upselling of additional services
• Maintaining and managing reservations in the hotel reservation system
• Handling changes cancellations and special requests
• Close collaboration with the different departments

What makes you stand out

You impress with a confident manner and the ability to set priorities. Multitasking comes naturally to you: coordinating parallel tasks collaborating across departments and managing a high level of information exchange are things you handle with ease. You are also fluent in German and English. If you additionally bring an open positive personality and a passion for hospitality you will fit perfectly with our team.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
