IT Operations & Engineering Specialist (f/m/d)

• Ensure operational readiness for systems as delivered by the team
• Implement monitoring logging and observability to maintain system health performance and reliability
• Establish support and operational processes including documentation handover procedures and the creation and maintenance of PSAs and PSIs
• Investigate and resolve complex integration issues identify recurring operational problems and drive automation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with developers occasionally supporting implementation or technical design to ensure the stability quality and operability of solutions

• Do you have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and experience working with complex systems
• Are you familiar with modern development environments and technologies such as Java/Spring CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab or Jenkins) container platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Are you comfortable working across disciplines from operations to engineering and collaborating in a team
• Do you have an analytical mindset a structured working style and a service-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of
3.10721 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
