We need you for:

  • Develop new business by identifying engaging and converting prospective customers within the territory.
  • Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized workflow-based solutions.
  • Consult with laboratories to assess processes optimize efficiency and implement MADx technologies.
  • Build long-term relationships with clinicians laboratory medical directors and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management Support and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement.
  • Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7 years experience in complex sales (capital equipment medical devices or diagnostics).
  • Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows & healthcare systems in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Independent field-based work style with regional travel flexibility.
