The Role
We are looking for an Associate Lawyer responsible for drafting consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and handling their court hearings.
You will join our Real Estate Department where you will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firms strategic objectives.
What Youll Be Doing
- Reviewing the completeness of case files and the accuracy of documents related to consensual mortgage prenotation cases assigned by our clients
- Court appearances for consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and deletions
- Communicating with notaries banks and clients to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of searches submissions court dates and completed procedures
Requirements- Bachelors degree in law (LL.B.) LL.M. is a plus
- Licensed Attorney-at-Law in Greece
- Εxperience in Property Law cases (including indicatively title researches at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices handling real estate sale and purchase cases and resolving legal issues related to the Cadastre)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills
