You will support the planning and execution of campaigns and events that inspireinformand engage our industry
Whatyoulldo
Marketingcampaigndelivery
- Support the planningcoordinationand execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email social web and paid/organic channels.
- Build and schedule marketing emails newsletters and customer journeys using CRM/automation tools.
- Draftproofand publish campaign content including social posts and marketing collateral.
- Work with internal teams to ensure messages areaccurate aligned andon-brand.
Content creation &brandsupport
- Assistin creating writtenvisualand multimedia content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Brief and collaborate with Design to create assets such as social graphics documents webvisualsand promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency of brand tone visualidentityand messaging across all channels.
Digital marketing &reporting
- Work with CX to update web pages eventlistingsand product information.
- Monitor analytics across email social and web producing regular reports with insights.
- Maintainaccurateaudience data in CRM and uphold data quality standards.
Event communication
- Schedule prepare and send event communications including invitations confirmations joining instructionsremindersandpost eventfollow-ups.
- Ensure comms plans are aligned across teams and delivered on time.
- Maintainaccurateinvitee and attendee information across CRM and event platforms.
Attendee engagement &customerservice
- Respond to attendee enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor registration progress and produce weekly event reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with attendees partners and senior stakeholders (includingC-suite) with clarity and confidence.
Event planning &onsitesupport
- Coordinate event assets including guest lists table plans badgessignageand materials.
- Work with Design and internal stakeholders on event brandingvisualsand exhibition requirements.
- Provide onsite support including registration welcome setup and derig.
- Coordinate couriers catering andlogisticswhen.
Cross FunctionalResponsibilities
- Champion collaborative working between Marketing Events CX/UX and Design teams.
- Maintain internal documentation including action logs agendassummariesandfollow-ups.
- Track progress flag risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Keep shared folders campaign plans and records organised and up to date.

Skills & experience

- Ability to prioritise effectively across multiple deadlines.
