Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Data Migration and Analysis candidate with proven experience supporting technology implementations.
- This role is responsible for reviewing cleaning and preparing legacy data including work-in-progress (WIP) records for migration into various systems.
- The analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure complete data accuracy and readiness for import contributing directly to successful technology deployments and seamless transitions from legacy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and cleanse legacy datasets and WIP records for migration and integration.
- Work closely with SMEs to validate reconcile and prepare data for import.
- Utilize tools to analyze transform and document data.
- Support data mapping validation and reconciliation throughout implementation projects.
- Document data cleansing processes and maintain clear records for audit and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements for future data migrations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale implementation and migration projects.
- Proficiency in data migration and data cleansing methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or equivalent experience preferred.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
