Pay & Benefits
Up to$32per hour based on experience
4-day workweek (4x10) better work-life balance!
$6240 annual shift premium ($3/hr) for 2nd shift
3 weeks PTO from day one!
Weekly paychecks
$1200 annual tool allowance
$200 annual boot allowance
$1200 annual CDL A or B stipend

What Youll Do
Perform standard inspections of mechanical and electrical components; identify root causes of common failures and complete necessary repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
Repair or replace components of standard air brake and suspension systems
Install and remove trailer decals as needed
Deliver outstanding customer service through clear professional communication with drivers and driver support staff
Stay current with emerging technologies tools and repair techniques through continuous education and training.
Help fellow technicians as needed
Other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- 1-2 years in fleet maintenance preferred
- familiarity with Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) is preferred
- Skilled in the use of hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer literacy especially in relation to diagnostic software and tools
- Valid Drivers License required; CDL A or B preferred but not required
