Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Quality Technician to work on-site with our client a top-tier Fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical measurement of precision milled turned chemical milled wire EDM gun drilled plated laser machined and other specialty processes used in the production of high frequency electronic components.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent field experience 2-5 years in quality control within manufacturing environment.
Must have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background with ability read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models.
Must have experience with mechanical metrology hand tool usage (calipers micrometers gages).
Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hands on experience with operation of CMM Optical Interferometry equipment precision gages preferred.
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.
3D modeling knowledge with NX SolidWorks or other software preferred.
Experience with SPC software and data analysis approaches preferred.
Experience in ISO9001 AS9100 with recognized certifications ASQ-CMI-CQI Experience with ANSI Z540.3 ISO 17025 preferred.
