Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) – Near Prime Segment to drive business growth in the Bhopal market. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing loan cases managing channel partner relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP (Near Prime) cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and post-disbursement support.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
Experience in DSA / channel partner management preferred.
