DescriptionJob Description brief:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead customer and partner workshops that drive higher attach rates of AI Security and Managed Services across the Microsoft installed base. The role focuses on solution enablement executive storytelling and measurable revenue uplift aligned to TTBS and OEM priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry annual revenue target for assigned products / VAS categories.
- Design and deliver customer-facing workshops and roundtables on Microsoft AI (Copilot) Security and TTL Managed Services.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across existing Microsoft customers to improve attach rate and premium mix.
- Work with TTL customer service team to identify potential target customers to upsell managed services.
- Upsell TTL managed services to potential customers.
- Translate TTBS SaaS value portfolio into clear business outcomes and value propositions for CXO and IT stakeholders.
- Enable sales and partner teams through structured solution playbooks and workshop-led GTM motions.
- Work with Sales GTM Product and Finance teams to track attach rate pipeline and revenue impact.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft Partner Center incentive programs and OEM priorities.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem SaaS Cloud or Managed Services.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work Security and AI workloads.
- Proven experience conducting workshops training or executive briefings.
- Strong commercial understanding of Microsoft licensing and services attach motions.
- Excellent presentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagements.
Success Metrics
- Revenue achievement for assigned products / VAS categories.
- Improved AI Security and Managed Services attach rate
- Increased revenue per Microsoft customer
- Pipeline and deal creation from workshops
- Higher customer adoption and solution stickiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business or Engineering).
- Proven experience as a in driving SaaS value adoption
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services.
