Were looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team and work closely with leaders across our St Vincents Care at Home programs. Operating with an innovative mindset inside one of Australias largest not-for-profit health organisations you will be a trusted advisor helping leaders build highperforming engaged teams navigating the full spectrum of people and culture priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C support across workforce planning organisational design performance and culture.
Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters including performance and conduct case management and investigations.
Support organisational change initiatives and help shape a peoplecentred approach to transformation.
Collaborate with specialist P&C teams to deliver seamless employee experiences including onboarding development engagement and DEI initiatives.
Analyse workforce metrics to inform strategy support operational excellence and drive evidencebased decisionmaking.
Support leaders to build capability drive performance and foster a positive culture.

Things that work for us:

Demonstrated experience in a People Partnering role within a complex environment.
Strong understanding of employment and industrial relations and confidence advising leaders on sensitive people matters.
Exceptional communication skills and a relationship building style enabling you to influence collaborate and coach key stakeholders on people & culture best practice.
A mindset of continuous improvement curiosity and adaptability.
Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
Experience in health community virtual care or aged care environments or a background in not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations is desirable.
Digital literacy and comfort with virtual care technologies and experience supporting hybrid and remote teams.
