Were looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team and work closely with leaders across our St Vincents Care at Home programs. Operating with an innovative mindset inside one of Australias largest not-for-profit health organisations you will be a trusted advisor helping leaders build highperforming engaged teams navigating the full spectrum of people and culture priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C support across workforce planning organisational design performance and culture.
- Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters including performance and conduct case management and investigations.
- Support organisational change initiatives and help shape a peoplecentred approach to transformation.
- Collaborate with specialist P&C teams to deliver seamless employee experiences including onboarding development engagement and DEI initiatives.
- Analyse workforce metrics to inform strategy support operational excellence and drive evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Support leaders to build capability drive performance and foster a positive culture.
Things that work for us:
- Demonstrated experience in a People Partnering role within a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of employment and industrial relations and confidence advising leaders on sensitive people matters.
- Exceptional communication skills and a relationship building style enabling you to influence collaborate and coach key stakeholders on people & culture best practice.
- A mindset of continuous improvement curiosity and adaptability.
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
- Experience in health community virtual care or aged care environments or a background in not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations is desirable.
- Digital literacy and comfort with virtual care technologies and experience supporting hybrid and remote teams.
