Reception and Concierge Success Associate - Temporary Role

Job purpose:
The Reception and Concierge Success Associate will handle switchboard operations reception duties and manage all incoming calls to our main telephone lines. This role includes overseeing emails sent to our main reception inboxes (such as and ). In addition to daily reception tasks the role involves performing quality control (QC) checks on reservations files for departures 7-14 days in advance as specified by the reporting manager. The incumbent will also manage cases in Salesforce to track all QCd files.
In this fast-paced environment you will need to handle multiple calls and emails simultaneously while maintaining composure. Your standard shift will be an 8-hour workday with flexibility required between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Toronto time Monday through Friday.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a cloud-based switchboard.
- Distribute and manage emails and voicemails as needed.
- Performing quality control (QC) checks on reservations files for departures 7-14 days in advance as specified by the reporting manager. The incumbent will also manage cases in Salesforce to track all QCd files.
- Assist with projects as directed by the Director of Client Experience which may involve other divisions as needed.
- Support Goways customer service and complaint handling processes as needed.
- Maintain policies and procedures to enhance client engagement promote repeat business and recognize client loyalty as needed.
- Provide client-facing support to the Sales team and other functions ensuring alignment with the Goway Way process as needed

- You have strong organizational time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with a multi-line switchboard is a plus.
- You are comfortable with computers and technology.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high school diploma are required; experience or interest in the Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
- You are flexible able to multitask and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
