Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and creatively strong individual to help build and refine a new frozen-breakfast brand from the ground up. This role will own the development of the brand identity customer positioning and packaging design direction across all consumer touchpoints. You will work closely with the founder to define the target customer and ensure the business presents itself powerfully for both retail and fundraising conversations.
Timezone: Eastern Standard Timezone (EST)
Part time - 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy: Establish brand values tone of voice messaging hierarchy and market differentiation.
Narrative Building: Shape the founder story and brand narrative for investor and retail conversations.
Packaging Design: Lead the creative direction for SKUs balancing shelf presence with operational practicality and retail readiness standards.
Visual Identity: Develop logo systems typography color palettes and imagery direction that scale across digital and wholesale touchpoints.
Digital System: Ensure consistency across decks social content and product pages while supporting SEO foundations to improve discoverability.
Consumer Research: Structure feedback loops around packaging preference and identify opportunities to improve conversion through messaging.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in CPG brand strategy packaging and creative direction.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and how packaging influences purchasing decisions.
Excellent visual judgment and strong taste level.
Experience with high-quality e-commerce website design and visual UX.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices as they integrate with brand storytelling.
Highly organized and confident managing multiple moving pieces across teams.
