Job Summary
Job Title: Civil Construction Site Manager Underground Construction
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Site Manager specializing in underground construction (Tiefbau) to manage and coordinate infrastructure and civil engineering projects in Germany. The role involves supervising construction activities ensuring quality standards and managing project timelines and costs.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and planning of construction activities
Preparation of service specifications and project documentation
Organizing and preparing the construction site before project execution
Managing and coordinating construction site operations and teams
Monitoring quality standards project timelines and cost control
Ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards
Salary: 3000 Euro Per Month
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering or underground construction (Tiefbau)
Experience in construction site management and coordination
Knowledge of construction standards laws and regulations in civil engineering projects
Good computer and technical documentation skills
German language proficiency: B2 level
Drivers License required
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen) or a related field
Education recognized with Anabin H
Minimum two-year educational certificate from a recognized institution
