CMOS Technology Manager (fmdiv.)

The Bosch Sensortec ASIC team creates semiconductor solutions for our sensor products. We are looking for an experienced engineer to interface between our internal design teams external foundries and other suppliers.

• You drive our semiconductor technology roadmap and align it with internal stakeholders
• You act as single point of contact for foundry partners and other external suppliers including worldwide travelling.
• You understand technical and commercial requirements of ASIC projects and discuss your proposals with the design teams
• You support our ASIC design teams by selecting most suitable semiconductor technology and IP
• You scout for potential new technology partners

Qualifications :

• Personality: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you are curious about new trends understand facts quickly and classify them systematically
• Working Practice: Experience in collaboration with international teams and remote partners.
• Experience and Knowledge: Strong technical background and 5 years of experience in IC design or in semiconductor technology own experience as an analog designer is a plus
• Enthusiasm: You live for semiconductor industry and you are aware about its key players and developments
• Languages: English German is a plus
• Education: Degree of electrical engineering or comparable qualifications
