Position Description:
This position requires a collaborative approach and a commitment to ensuring high-quality experience assurance for enterprise applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and execute test cases for IVR applications (functional regression integration UAT).
Perform end-to-end IVR testing including call flows prompts DTMF speech recognition and backend integrations.
Create and maintain automated IVR test scripts using Cyara.
Conduct chatbot and voicebot testing using Botium framework.
Validate NLU intents utterances fallback scenarios and context handling.
Perform API testing for backend services integrated with IVR/chatbots.
Analyze call logs bot transcripts and identify defectsWork closely with Business Analysts Developers and Product quality standards and test documentation are maintained.
Participate in sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environment.
