The Behavioral Health Program Manager oversees the daily operations of behavioral health programs including administration implementation supervision communication and strategic planning. This role ensures programs align with organizational goals strengthens existing services develops new initiatives and leads program changes to achieve objectives and improve outcomes. REQUIRES: Bachelors degree (masters preferred) at least 3 years of related experience and a strong background in behavioral health and project management.Job Duties:
Provide day-to-day oversight including administration implementation supervision communication and strategy of the program. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Develops new programs or expands and manages existing programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals and initiatives are achieved.
