As the Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations ensure top-notch customer service and implement strategies to enhance our restaurants efficiency and profitability. We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $75000 annually along with a supportive environment that encourages professional development and career growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings and specials
Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers
Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience with financial management and budgeting
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
