Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings and specials
Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers
Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management
