Delivers and supports Engagement Team initiatives for Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) by Leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance regulatory compliance contract optimization and process engineering to design document implement train and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures ensuring compliant efficient audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR DEAR DOE NNSA and evolving mission requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Training Program Manager Training Program Manager SRNS0025025
- Develop training plans; manage delivery; oversee curriculum; ensure workforce readiness.
- Designs and leads enterprise training strategy for C&SCM procedural adoption. Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedural transformation ensuring FAR Federal Acquisition Regulation DEAR Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation and NSA National Nuclear Security Administration alignment and enterprise integration.
- Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s process maps and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Regulatory analysis technical writing procurement lifecycle expertise stakeholder engagement training delivery analytics.
- Analytical thinking communication compliance discipline leadership (senior roles) adaptability collaboration.
- Supports 5-year Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy Infrastructure And Environment engagement; hybrid delivery with possible onsite badging; supports 360 personnel.
- Contributes to acquisition lifecycle flowcharts compliance updates and procedural sustainment.
