Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement

Manage budgets and financial performance optimizing cost control
Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings
Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
