Position Overview
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daytoday HR operations with a strong emphasis on fullcycle recruiting for manufacturing technical and administrative roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in talent acquisition while also contributing to broader HR functions such as employee relations onboarding compliance and performance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fullcycle recruiting for manufacturing engineering and corporate roles including sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Support HR operations including onboarding benefits administration employee relations and HR policy implementation.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with reporting and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culturebuilding activities.
- Assist with performance review processes training coordination and workforce development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting.
- Proven success recruiting in a manufacturing environment; motorsports or automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices employment law and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
